Sakura Oil is intent on establishing ventures in the waste management industry. The ventures will be established with the view of securing and maintaining the waste management contract and facilities. Sakura Oil will have responsibility for procuring the systems and the sale of by-products.

The Board is dedicated to the best principles of corporate governance. We will comply with the provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act) and will seek to concern ourselves with the satisfaction of our key stakeholders in a transparent manner.

Sakura Oil has acquired Sakura Pyro Waste Systems LLC to secure the ownership rights of the systems.  This will enable it to sell and establish pyrolysis and waste oil refinery plants throughout ASIA PACIFC.

 

The company will enter into other exclusive ownership and management rights as suitable new technologies become available.
